Our Business

Three years ago DAR Properties, LLC was born.  It owned and operated 26 rental units of it's own from single family homes, to duplexes, triplexes, quads, and larger facilities.  After two solid years of experience in the central Vermont area, specifically Washington county, the owners of DAR Properties, LLC began to offer it's unique property management services to other landowners who either could not or chose not to manage their properties themselves.  This company is DAR Management, LLC.

By using the services of a qualified property manager many landowners find that they actually produce more income as a result of higher rents, lower taxes, lower insurances, and/or lower vacancy rates.

Additionally, DAR Management, LLC has established itself as a manager that will not tolerate tenants who attempt to avoid rental payments.  Though it is now an uncommon occurrence for the company to have to evict for non-payment, when it does so it does so very quickly and swiftly and pursues back rents and damages through mediation and/or litigation.  In essence, DAR Management, LLC has a zero tolerance policy for tenants who attempt to avoid their contractual obligations.
